After two years, devolved government could return to Northern Ireland. Leaders of the main Unionist party, the DUP, have approved rejoining the power-sharing arrangement with the Republicans of Sinn Fein, who want a united Ireland. But the DUP says this is conditional on the British government committing to new measures, on post-Brexit trade rules.
