"There is no reason for the government to go on the backfoot when according to them they are cleared by the highest court of the country," said Tanveer Ahmed Mir, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court when asked whether the BBC documentary on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Gujarat riots makes sense because the subject is cleared of all charges.
