Family, friends and villagers in St Michael's on Wyre are awaiting the formal identification of a body found in the River Wyre.

The find was made about a mile away from where mother-of-two Nicola Bulley went missing more than three weeks ago.

Lancashire Police said the death of the individual was being treated as "unexplained".
