In regional Victoria, a relatively unknown Pentecostal church is trying to build power within the Liberal Party. The City Builders, as they’re known, are accused by former members of being more cult than church. This group has grand political ambitions - its leaders have railed against Australian laws on abortion and same-sex marriage.
