New U.S. border rules for dogs called 'recipe for disaster’

The U.S. is implementing new rules for people who want to cross the Canada-U.S. border with dogs, and they're set to take effect on Aug. 1. Darryl Stickel, a visually impaired traveller, says it’s ‘hard enough’ to travel with his service dog, and that these new regulations might further complicate the process. Stickel says the rules have him ‘thinking twice’ about travelling to the U.S.
