New Tokyo Olympics boss facing scrutiny

Japan's Seiko Hashimoto, a woman who has competed in seven Olympics, says she has been chosen as president of the Tokyo 2020 organizing committee. She is now facing questions about an incident involving a male athlete at the 2014 Sochi Olympics.
