New mom and premature baby stranded by B.C. floods

Kaytlin Toews and her premature baby are among those stranded by the flooding in British Columbia. On Monday afternoon, the baby was discharged from the Surrey hospital's neonatal intensive care unit. The newborn was on his way back home to Chilliwack when his family got stuck on a flooded highway.
