Canada's special advisor on PS752, Ralph Goodale, announced that Canada, Ukraine, U.K., and Sweden have filed proceedings against Iran at the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).

As Global's Negar Mojtahedi reports, Goodale says what transpired over Tehran's skies four years ago, was a danger worldwide.
