Netflix’s The Crown gets scathing reviews for final season | 1News

For the first part of it’s final season, Netflix’s The Crown has arrived at the inevitable; the 1997 death of Diana, Princess of Wales.



It's an event director Peter Morgan says, “has to be really, really sensitively done”, but which the Guardian calls “the very definition of bad writing.”



“Uneasy… awkward” and “a creative dead end” were among other complaints levelled at the series.
