Nepal monsoon wreak havoc in India as Gandak river swells

Many low-lying areas have submerged in Gopalganj district of Bihar. The situation has started getting uncontrollable due to the rising water level of Gandak river.  Seven to eight feet of water is flowing near the temple, mosque, madrasa and government school building.  According to local people's representatives, five to seven thousand people are still affected by the flood, who are being rescued by private boat and being evacuated safely
