US President Joe Biden says the US and NATO members will provide Ukraine with five additional Patriot and other strategic air defence systems.

He was speaking at a summit in Washington marking the organisation's 75th anniversary.

But the meeting has been overshadowed by persistent questions about the president's health and testy exchanges during White House briefings with reporters.
