Azerbaijan and Armenian separatists from Nagorno Karabakh have held their first direct peace talks.
The meeting was held in the Azeri city of Yevlakh in the presence of Russian peacekeepers.
They could not agree on many issues – like security guarantees and ending transport blockades but decided to talk again.
Al Jazeera’s Dmitry Medvedenko reports.
