Northern Ireland's top politicians are set to meet for a new round of talks on Tuesday, to end their political deadlock.

Its elected assembly has not been sitting due to a boycott by the biggest pro-British unionist party, the DUP.
Lack of a functioning government is having enormous detrimental impact on Northern Ireland's public services.

Al Jazeera’s Paul Brennan reports from Belfast, Northern Ireland.
