The families of those killed in Muradnagar roof collapse incident, are upset with the government and administration's stand. The reason for the anger is the compensation amount announced by the government. Family members say that the family of the deceased should be given financial assistance of at least 15 lakh, along with a government job to one member. While the government has declared a compensation of Rs 2 lakhs.
