Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari on Sunday revealed the specifications of the scheme. It will be built in an area of 18 km. This project will be completed in six years. Its map will also be designed by an architect of Switzerland. This will speed up the pace of development in Ladakh and Jammu and Kashmir and generate huge employment opportunities.
