The United States city of Minneapolis has agreed to pay $27m to the family of George Floyd in the largest settlement of its kind in the country's history.
Floyd died when a policeman knelt on his neck for nearly nine minutes, sparking global protests.
The officer is set to go on trial, and the Floyd family says the cash payout is just one step on the road to justice.
