Health Secretary Victoria Atkins has told Sky News the government's plan to send 5,700 migrants from the UK to Rwanda will happen by the end of the year.

She said the several thousand migrants the Home Office says it cannot find will be found, and deported.

A government impact assessment report says almost 6,000 people were due to be issued a "Notice of Intent" that their asylum claim was inadmissible, but only 2,000 were tracked down.
