Met Police release 999 call over Sainsbury's refund

After receiving an abandoned call, the Met Contact Centre rang back a man who had called emergency services over a problem with a Sainsbury's refund.

The Met Police used the incident to tell the public to only call 999 when there is an "immediate threat to life or a crime being committed".
