Met Police missed indecent exposure report against Wayne Couzens

Two Metropolitan Police officers will face misconduct cases over their handling of reports of indecent exposure by Wayne Couzens.

Couzens pleaded guilty to three counts of the charge, all from before the day that he murdered Sarah Everard.
