Delhi has a huge population of raptors, mainly because of slaughterhouses and meat processing plants. Wildlife Rescue, an NGO run by two brothers Nadeem and Mohammad Saud, provides medical treatment and rehabilitation to injured, and orphaned raptors and water birds of Delhi. The two brothers speak to us about how they have rescued over 24,000 birds in the past 12 years.
