Matthew Perry, the actor best-known for starring as Chandler Bing in the hit NBC series 'Friends' between 1994 and 2004 has died at the age of 54, according to reports.

The Los Angeles Times and Rolling Stone reported that the Emmy-nominated actor was found dead of an apparent drowning at his Los Angeles home Saturday. TMZ, however, was the first to report the news.

Though an outpouring of love and heartfelt tributes have amassed online, neither Perry's publicist nor other representatives have confirmed the alleged death.

Perry’s 10 seasons on 'Friends' made him one of Hollywood’s most recognizable actors, starring opposite Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Matt LeBlanc, Lisa Kudrow and David Schwimmer as a quirky group of friends exploring their twenties and thirties in New York City.
