Janmashtami Vrat Niyam: हिंदू धर्म में भगवान श्री कृष्ण के जन्मदिवस को जन्माष्टमी के रूप में मनाया जाता है. इस दिन देशभर में बड़ी धूम-धाम के साथ मनाया जाता है. भाद्रपद माह के कृष्ण पक्ष की अष्टमी तिथि के दिन ये पर्व मनाया जाता है. इस दिन भगवान श्री कृष्ण ने धरती पर अवतार लिया था. बता दें कि इस दिन श्री कृष्ण के बाल स्वरूप की पूजा की जाती है. बता दें कि गृहस्थ लोगों के लिए 6 सितंबर को जन्माष्टमी का पर्व मनाया जाएगा. वहीं 7 सितंबर को वैष्णव जन्माष्टमी मनाएंगे. इस दिन भगवान श्री कृष्ण को समर्पित व्रत रखा जाता है. इस दिन व्रत के दौरान सूर्यास्त के बाद पानी पीने की मनाही होती है.

Vaishnav Janmashtami will be celebrated on 7th September. On this day, a fast dedicated to Lord Shri Krishna is observed. During the fast on this day, drinking water is prohibited after sunset.
