Massive wildfire in Texas becomes 2nd largest in state history

An out-of-control fire, part of a cluster of wildfires that ripped through the northern Texas Panhandle region, has now become the second largest in the state's history. The blazes have prompted Texas Governor Greg Abbott to issue a disaster declaration covering 60 counties.
