Marineland is once again at the centre of controversy as a new investigation has revealed more than a dozen whales have died at the park in just the last four years.
A Canadian Press investigation using documents obtained from the province through a freedom of information request shows there have been questions about the water quality and hence the health of the animals, for quite some time.
Advocates Global News spoke to say the blame for the mammals' demise lies not just on park administration but also on provincial officials who they feel have not done enough.
Mark Carcasole reports.
