Police in Brazil have arrested two politicians and a former police chief for ordering the killing of a Rio de Janeiro councilwoman in 2018.

Marielle Franco was killed in a drive-by shooting.

She was a black, gay activist -- known for defending minorities and for speaking out against police brutality.
