Manitoba election: Latest results, analysis as residents vote for next premier | LIVE

Manitoba’s provincial election is taking place on Tuesday, as residents vote for their next premier.

As polls close and ballots are counted, watch and listen to live results as they roll in.

Leaders from the three parties are vying for the top job, including incumbent Progressive Conservative Leader Heather Stefanson, NDP leader Wab Kinew, and Liberal leader Dougald Lamont.

Stefanson has promised to cut taxes, spend new money on health care and tackle crime. Kinew has campaigned on health care and has committed to reopening three hospital emergency departments that were downgraded under the Tory government.

Meanwhile, the Liberals have promised to create more benefits for seniors, including establishing a minimum income for people over 60.
