Maldivian President Mohamed Muizzu said his administration would ban Israeli tourists in protest of Israel's war in Gaza. The Israeli embassy in India suggested citizens travel to an Indian island chain instead, reigniting a feud between the Maldives and India’s Lakshadweep archipelago.
