Bolivia's Supreme Electoral Tribunal has declared leftist candidate Luis Arce as the winner of this year's presidential election.
The final tally showed Arce winning 55 percent of the vote.
International observers said the poll was free and fair.
Arce served as finance minister under now exiled former President Evo Morales.
