A nurse accused of murdering seven babies has been described in court as a "very calculating woman", after denying having an affair with a married colleague after she was suspended from work.

Lucy Letby is accused of murdering the infants and attempting to murder 10 more at the Countess of Chester's Neonatal Unit between June 2015 and June 2016.
