The UK's former representative to NATO, Lord Ricketts, says that President Xi of China is very happy with his country's current relationship with Russia.

Lord Ricketts added that "nothing at all" will change in Vladimir Putin's day-to-day life after an arrest warrant was issued for him, as he will not be leaving Russia, but it does send a "very strong signal" from the global community.
