Salah Abdeslam, the sole survivor of the group that carried out the November 2015 Paris terror attacks, has been found guilty of terrorism and murder.
He has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
The court also found his explosives vest malfunctioned, dismissing his argument that he ditched the vest because he decided not to follow through with his part of the attack on the night of Nov. 13, 2015.
As Crystal Goomansingh reports, this marks the end of one of France's biggest criminal trials.
