London Mayor: 'Police should explain themselves' on Partygate

Mayor of London Sadiq Khan told Kay Burley that the police "should be explaining how they reached their conclusions" on the investigation into partygate - which saw over 100 fixed-penalty notices issued after lockdown rules were broken in Downing Street and Whitehall.

He also spoke about the opening of the Elizabeth Line, which has finally opened more than three years late and £4bn over budget.

The Mayor said passengers are impressed by the "vast" platforms and "cathedral" stations on the capital's new line.
