PM Modi said that Congress did not decide between nationalization and privatization during its rule. She kept giving Bharat Ratna to family members and kept naming roads after family members. He said that the Congress which has no guarantee on its leaders and its principles, raises questions on the Modi government. PM Modi said that the Congress which had strangled the entire democracy in its greed for power. Congress had dismissed the democratically elected governments overnight. The dignity of democracy was locked behind the bars. Tried to lock newspapers. A new hobby of breaking the country was born in Congress. केंद्र सरकार के दूसरे कार्यकाल के आखिरी बजट सत्र के दौरान प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने बुधवार (7 फरवरी) को राज्य सभा को संबोधित किया. उन्होंने राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू के अभिभाषण पर लाए गए धन्यवाद प्रस्ताव का जवाब देते हुए कांग्रेस पर निशाना साधा.पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि कांग्रेस ने अपने शासन के दौरान राष्ट्रीयकरण और निजीकरण के बीच फैसला नहीं किया. वह परिवार के सदस्यों को भारत रत्न देती रही और सड़कों का नाम परिवार के सदस्यों के नाम पर रखती रही. उन्होंने कहा कि जिस कांग्रेस को अपने नेताओं, अपने सिद्धांतों पर कोई गारंटी नहीं है, वह मोदी सरकार पर सवाल उठाती है. पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि जिस कांग्रेस ने सत्ता के लालच में सरे आम लोकतंत्र का गला घोंट दिया था. कांग्रेस ने लोकतांत्रिक तरीके से चुनी गई सरकारों को रातों रात बर्खास्त कर दिया था. लोकतंत्र की मर्यादाओं को जेल की सलाखों के पीछे बंद कर दिया. अखबारों पर ताला लगाने की कोशिश की. देश को तोड़ने का नया शौक कांग्रेस में पैदा हुआ था. इतना तोड़ना कम नहीं था कि अब उत्तर-दक्षिण को तोड़ने का काम कर रही है.
