आज लोकसभा चुनाव की पांच वे चरण की वोटिंग हुई. कहीं वोटिंग प्रतिशत कम तो कही बंपर देखने को मिला. खासकर जम्मू कश्मीर में जिस तरह से वहां से मतदाओं ने रिकॉर्ड तोड़ वोट डाले उसने सबको चौंका दिया. 6 राज्यों और 2 केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों की 49 सीटों पर मतदान खत्म हो गया है। शाम 5 बजे तक 56.68% वोटिंग हो चुकी है। सबसे ज्यादा पश्चिम बंगाल में 73% और सबसे कम महाराष्ट्र में 48.66% मतदान हुआ है।

Voting for the fifth phase of Lok Sabha elections took place today. At some places the voting percentage was low and at other places it was bumper. Especially in Jammu and Kashmir, the record breaking manner in which the voters cast their votes surprised everyone. Voting has ended on 49 seats in 6 states and 2 union territories. Till 5 pm, 56.68% voting has been done. The highest turnout was in West Bengal at 73% and the lowest in Maharashtra at 48.66%.
