UP Nagar Nikay Chunav 2022: यूपी नगर निकाय चुनाव को लेकर मंगलवार को इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट (Allahabad High Court) ने अपना फैसला सुना दी है. जिसके बाद राज्य में निकाय चुनाव का रास्ता साफ हो गया है. कोर्ट ने अपने फैसले में साफ तौर पर कहा कि राज्य में इस बार निकाय चुनाव बिना ओबीसी आरक्षण (OBC Reservation) के होगा. इस मामले में हाईकोर्ट की लखनऊ (Lucknow) बेंच ने फैसला सुनाया है.

निकाय चुनावों में ओबीसी आरक्षण पर इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट ने फैसला मंगलवार को सुना दिया है. हालांकि इस दौरान कोर्ट ने राज्य सराकर को झटका देते हुए ड्राफ्ट नोटिफिकेशन को खारिज कर दिया है. वहीं कोर्ट ने बिना ओबीसी आरक्षण के ही राज्य में चुनाव कराने का फैसला सुनाया है. इससे पहले हाई कोर्ट ने पिछली सुनवाई के दौरान अपना फैसला सुरक्षित रखा था. जिसके बाद कोर्ट द्वारा मंगलवार को सुनवाई की अगली तारीख तय की गई थी.
