The UN Security Council scheduled a vote on a resolution that would condemn the Hamas terrorist attacks and all violence against civilians in Israel and Gaza. The vote follows the Security Council’s rejection of a Russian-drafted resolution that condemned violence and terrorism against civilians and called for a 'humanitarian cease-fire', but made no mention of Hamas.
