महाराष्ट्र की सियासी लड़ाई (Maharashtra political crisis) अब देश की सबसे बड़ी अदालत (Supreme Court) की चौखट पर पहुंच गई है. शिवसेना (Shiv sena) के बागी मंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे (Eknath Shinde) अपने और 15 अन्य बागी विधायकों को मिले डिप्टी स्पीकर (Maharashtra deputy speaker) के नोटिस के खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट पहुचे हैं. शिंदे गुट ने इस कार्रवाई को ‘गैर-कानूनी और असंवैधानिक’ करार देने तथा इस पर रोक लगाने का निर्देश देने की अपील की है. महाराष्ट्र के सियासी संकट की पटखथा मुंबई, सूरत और गुवाहाटी में लिखी गई लेकिन जब मामला हाथ से बाहर जाने लगा तो दोनों गुटों की निगाहें सुप्रीम कोर्ट पर टिक गईं.

कौन हैं शिंदे गुट के वकील
कोर्ट में मजबूती से दलील पेश करने के लिए वकीलों की फौज खड़ी कर दी गई. शिंदे गुट की लिस्ट में सबसे पहला नाम हरीश साल्वे का है, वहीं मुकुल रोहतगी भी शिंदे गुट की तरफ से दलीलें देते नजर आएंगे. इनके साथ ही मनिंदर सिंह और महेश जेठमलानी भी शिंदे गुट का पक्ष रखेंगे.

कौन रखेगा डिप्टी स्पीकर का पक्ष
जबकि महाराष्ट्र के डिप्टी स्पीकर का पक्ष रखने के लिए हैदराबाद के नामी वकील रवि शंकर जांध्याल को जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट में दलील पेश करने से पहले रवि शंकर मु्ंबई पहुंचे, जहां उन्होंने उद्धव ठाकरे से मुलाकात भी की .

कौन हैं उद्धव गुट के वकील
इतनी ही नहीं, वकीलों की फौज तैयार करने में उद्धव गुट ने भी कोई कमी नहीं छोड़ी है और देश के जाने माने वकील और नेता कपिल सिब्बल को जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट के दिग्गज एडवोकेट अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी भी उद्धव गुट की तरफ से पेश होंगे. इनके साथ ही वकीलों की लिस्ट में राजीव धवन और देवदत्त कामत भी नाम है. ये दोनों दिग्गज सुप्रीम कोर्ट में उद्धव ठाकरे गुट का पक्ष रखेंगे.
