A tribute service for former U.S. first lady Rosalynn Carter, who died on Nov. 19 at age 96, is held at Glenn Memorial Church at Emory University in Atlanta. Former President Jimmy Carter, who is 99 and in hospice care, is expected to attend.
U.S. President Joe Biden and first lady Jill Biden will attend the service along with other former presidents and first ladies.
