LIVE: Italy bids farewell to former president Giorgio Napolitano

The Italian parliament bids farewell to former Italian president Giorgio Napolitano. Napolitano became president in 2006 and was elected for an unprecedented second seven-year term in 2013. He stepped down in 2015, citing his age.
