Bihar Illicit Liquor Death Case: बिहार में जहरीली शराब पीने से हुई मौत को लेकर बीजेपी नेता और राज्यसभा सांसद सुशील मोदी ने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस की. इस प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में कभी अपने पुराने सहयोगी रहे नीतीश कुमार पर तीखी टप्पणी करते हुए उनको निर्दयी और असंवेदनशील करार दिया.
सुशील मोदी ने कहा कि उन्होंने छपरा में जहरीली शराब त्रासदी में जान गंवाने वालों के लोगों के परिवार वालों से मुलाकात की. उन्होंने दावा किया कि बिहार में मरने वाले लोगों की संख्या बढ़कर 100 को पार कर गई है लेकिन नीतीश सरकार संख्या छिपा रही है. उन्होंने कहा कि पुलिस के डर से लोग बिना पोस्टमॉर्टम किए ही अपने परिवार के सदस्यों का अंतिम संस्कार कर रहे हैं.

सुशील मोदी ने कहा कि थाने से जहरीली शराब की आपूर्ति हो रही है. सुशील मोदी ने अपील करते हुए कहा कि जीतन राम मांझी को दलित के बीच जाना चाहिए. जब शराबबंदी कानून बना था तो हमलोग बिहार में विपक्ष में थे. उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि नीतिश सरकार दलित और अति पिछडा विरोधी है.
उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री ने शराबबंदी के बावजूद 2016 में गोपालगंज के पीड़ितों को मुआवजा दिया था. अब उनका कहना है कि सारण पीड़ितों को मुआवजा दिए जाने से शराबबंदी प्रभावित होगी. इससे पता चलता है कि वह हर मामले में यू-टर्न लेते रहे हैं.
