A family-owned business in Moncton, N.B., is going viral on social media platforms like YouTube and TikTok.

The owner of Eclair Lips, Sylvia Roy, had no idea that hundreds of thousands of people would become so hooked on videos of her making lip balm.

"One of my theories is that it's very soothing to watch. People say that my voice is apparently soothing, I think my kids would disagree with that, but a lot of people like hearing the voice overs!" Roy said.
