In what the United Nations is calling an historical vote, participants of the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum voted in a new transitional government.
After years of violence and political division, most Libyans want something to believe in and to hope for, and for now, most hope this new transitional government can lead a reconciliation process and bring about elections in December.
