Liberal Democrats unveil plans for a 'clean water authority' | Election 2024

Liberal Democrat leader Sir Ed Davey has made a splash unveiling plans to create a "Clean Water Authority" - to ensure the cleanliness of rivers.

The plan would include scrapping regulator Ofwat as part of renewed efforts to tackle sewage pollution and reform the water sector across England and Wales.
