दिल्ली सरकार और एलजी विवाद पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट फैसला सुनाया। सीजेआई ने कहा कि लोकतंत्र और संघवाद हमारे संविधान के सबसे अहम सिद्धांत है और संविधान के मूल ढांचे का हिस्सा है. लोकतांत्रिक ढांचे में प्रशासन की वास्तविक शक्ति चुनी हुई सरकार के हाथों में होती है.
