Left, Right & Centre: Amid a massive political row over Union Home Ministry's notification giving Border Security Force a greater footprint in Punjab and other border states, Congress MP Manish Tewari said, "This notification seems to be per se illegal and therefore, I doubt whether it would stand the test of law if challenged by the concerned state governments through an original suit in the relevant court which is the Supreme Court."
