As COVID-19 cases rise across Canada, messages from officials are becoming more stern. Manitoba Premier Brian Pallister, for example, delivered a blunt message to people who ignore public health orders: 'Grow up.' We asked Dr. Isaac Bogoch if such blunt messages are effective.
