Latest climate report 'a chronicle of chaos': UN chief

United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres says the latest State of the Global Climate report is a 'dire warning' from the planet. 'We must answer the planet's distress signal with action,' he said as he opened the COP27 climate summit in Egypt.
