Protesters are signing, piano is being played at the Temple Trees, the official residence of Lankan Prime Minister, and there is a celebration of sorts because they see a victory in the coming days as the president is expected to resign on July 13. President Rajapaksa had fled and is currently on a Sri Lankan Navy ship, government sources told NDTV. Yesterday, the Sri Lanka government said that President Rajapaksa would resign on July 13.
