Thousands of bicycles seized from laborers in corona lockdown are lying like junk in a deserted ground in Saharanpur. The labourers never returned to collect these, probably because they feared the administration or didn't have money to travel back here. Jeetendra, a Saharanpur contractor, bought the bicycles. But he has his own complaint against the government.
