Labour: 'Unacceptable' for MPs to be 'left in the dark' over Israel legal advice

Labour has called on the government to publish the legal advice it's been given over arms sales to Israel.

It comes after civil servants voiced fears they may be complicit in war crimes allegedly committed by Israel in Gaza if they were involved in the export of weapons.

Ellie Reeves, Labour's deputy national campaign co-ordinator, says it is "unacceptable" for the House to be "left in the dark" over the advice.
